Made From Scratch, Every Day

Nothing here comes out of a freezer bag. We smoke our own prime rib, brisket and pork, hand-bread the catfish, and make the biscuits, gravy, chili and tiramisu in-house. Breakfast is fixed fresh every morning, and there’s a new special on the board every day.

Come hungry. The plates are big, and the Big Edith is a burger and a pulled pork sandwich in one.
